Herpetofauna encompasses frogs,
toads, newts, lizards, snakes,
turtles and crocodiles: a group
of animals perhaps least cared
about. Snakes, skinks and
lizards do not have good
reputation in our societies; if
seen they may be killed
immediately. Their rarity is not
thought about and their help to
human beings in sustaining
livelihoods is less talked
about. This gives a challenging
role to us to find out the link
between human and so called
'creepy creatures'.
